Welcome to Pleasant Valley Elementary School
Pleasant Valley Elementary first opened in 1973. The school underwent expansions in 1976, 1983 and 2000. We currently have 18 Divisions in our school. We are located in Nanaimo, on Dunbar Road, just off Metral Drive.
Developing strong learning competencies and positive socio-emotional skills are part of our Pleasant Valley mission.
We are fortunate to have a wonderful treed playground, with a forest, hockey court, basketball court, primary play area, and large field. Active play is emphasized.
